- Hand over the site at the end of the contract
A commercial registration is required if the applicant is a "company."
Priority is given to the applicant who submits the request first and signs the contract electronically in accordance with the service level agreement.
Temporary leasing sites are locations designated for hosting temporary activities, with lease terms not exceeding 180 days. The lease may be extended for an equal period if no other requests have been submitted for the same site.
Temporary leasing refers to the leasing of properties by the entity for the purpose of hosting temporary activities or events for a period not exceeding 180 days. This period may be extended for an equal duration if no other requests have been submitted for the same site. Eligible properties include streets, roads, parks, public squares, properties designated for public facilities or services, surplus grant areas, surplus planning areas, coastal beaches, and any other properties owned by the municipality.
Activities permitted under temporary leasing include: 1. Events and festivals. 2. Conferences, occasions, and celebrations. 3. Promotional events for products and services. 4. Seasonal markets. 5. Food trucks and mobile carts. 6. Any other activity approved by the relevant municipality.
