The project aims to develop commercial infrastructure and raise the level of quality of life in line with Saudi Vision 2030. At Al Othaim Investment, we aim to provide a unique shopping and entertainment experience. The mall houses retail stores, restaurants, a cinema, and recreational and sports sections, in addition to green spaces and a hotel with more than 130 rooms, making it an integrated destination for families and tourists. At Al Othaim Investment, we aspire to support ambitious young people by providing approximately 2,000 direct jobs and 5,500 indirect jobs, contributing to enhanced employment opportunities and support for the local economy.
