The Al-Hilaliyah Promenade Development Project — for three areas — comes within the Municipality's continuous efforts to raise the efficiency of public utilities and improve quality of life in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The project aims to upgrade the existing promenade, reinforce its Makkan identity, and provide an integrated urban environment that serves as a recreational outlet for Makkah's residents across all segments. It is also a promising investment opportunity that targets generating economic returns for local activities, enhancing community participation, and supporting the path of urban humanization and sustainable development.The project extends across three main zones separated by main roads. يأتي مشروع تطوير ممشى الهلالية – للثلاث مناطق ضمن جهود الأمانة المستمرة لرفع كفاءة المرافق العامة وتحسينجودة الحياة بمدينة مكة المكرمة. ويهدف المشروع إلى الارتقاء بالممشى الحالي، وتعزيز هويته المكية، وتوفير بيئةحضرية متكاملة تشكل متنفسًا لسكان مكة بمختلف فئاتهم. كما يُعد المشروع فرصة استثمارية واعدة تستهدف تحقيقعائد اقتصادي للأنشطة المحلية، وتعزيز المشاركة المجتمعية، ودعم مسار الأنسنة والتنمية المستدامة.ويمتد المشروع ضمن ثلاث مناطق رئيسية يفصل بينها طرق محورية، يأتي هذا التطوير تماشيًا مع الاحتياجاتالحالية للمنطقة التي تشهد حركة تجارية نشطة وضرورة التحسين بما يتماشى مع هوية مكة والرؤية التطويرية فيها.مدة العقد: 25 سنة.مساحة المشروع: 66.523متر مربع.
