The authority responsible for developing the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to be one of the world's top ten cities in municipal services that achieve quality of life. You can apply by browsing the temporary leasing sites on the Furas Platform or the Furas app, then submitting a request to the offering entity for review.

The investor is notified of the pre-qualification result through the system. The application status can also be tracked via the "My Requests" section in the investor's account.
