Launch of the Expression of Interest phase for the Municipal Food Safety Laboratories project in five municipalities

Announcement:
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in cooperation with the National Center for Privatization, announces the launch of the Expression of Interest phase for the project to equip, operate, and maintain the Municipal Food Safety Laboratories. The project aims to enhance public–private partnership and raise the efficiency and quality of municipal laboratory services in the Kingdom.

The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announces the extension of the prequalification period for the auction to invest in, lease, operate, and maintain the interior advertising spaces asset portfolio within the King Abdulaziz Project for Riyadh Public Transport (Metro and Buses).

The project aims to activate the interior advertising spaces portfolio in the public transport network in Riyadh city (Metro and Buses) using best international practices, in order to enhance the experience of public transport network users in creative and innovative ways.

Activities permitted under temporary leasing include: 1. Events and festivals. 2. Conferences, occasions, and celebrations. 3. Promotional events for products and services. 4. Seasonal markets. 5. Food trucks and mobile carts. 6. Any other activity approved by the relevant municipality.

Investment opportunities can be viewed through Saudi newspapers or the "Furas" investment portal for Saudi cities, which consolidates all investment opportunities of various types across different regions of the Kingdom.

Public competitions are announced by opening the opportunity for all investors to submit their bids in accordance with the approved terms and specifications, while ensuring equal opportunities and fair treatment.
