How is the rental rate for a telecom tower site determined?
It is determined based on the approved financial model stipulated in the agreement between the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. If the site information is not available in the financial model, it is referred to the Investment Committee for rental rate valuation.
