Utilizing and operating municipal properties with the aim of preserving and developing them, and using their financial returns to provide and enhance municipal services.
Investor
A natural or corporate person entitled to carry out commercial and investment activities under the relevant regulations and bylaws.
The Municipality
The Amanah (regional/metropolitan municipality) or the (local) municipality.
Municipal Properties
Properties owned by municipalities in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions.
