Periodic Increase
A percentage of the annual investment return that the Municipality stipulates as an increase to that return every five years. It is specified in the terms and specifications booklet when announcing the competition.

Objectives beyond the project's own goals, extending to supporting local residents through employment, medical care, welfare, education, rehabilitation, and training.
