The site is distinguished by its strategically elevated position, offering a unique panoramic view of the Al-Ahsa Oasis, the largest palm-tree oasis surrounded by sand in the world, and inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. The project aims to establish an integrated destination that combines the region's rich cultural heritage with modern entertainment concepts.
