The project aims to contribute to the development of the tourism and sports sectors in the region, through the presence of hotel facilities serving Sports City visitors, contributing to improving the experience of attending or participating in events. It will also serve the sports teams that will play on the adjacent stadium, sports journalists, and representatives of local and international sports federations, and supports the Kingdom's hosting of major international sports tournaments such as the AFC Asian Cup 2027, the FIFA World Cup 2034, and other international events.
